Job Application for Drivers

Click on job application link (above). The job application will open in your browser window. Fill out application online and click “Submit Form.” It is programmed to email to the correct department within Basin Western. If you prefer keeping a personal copy, open the form, then click the “Save” icon in the upper left corner. You can fill out the job application after saving it to your desktop, and then click “Submit Form” to automatically send it to the correct department within Basin Western. You may also fill out the job application by hand. Open the application you want by clicking on appropriate link, then click the “Print” icon in the upper left corner. Fill out application, then mail or fax to Basin Western. The mailing address and fax number is at the top of every job application. |
